Florence and the Chocolate Fair

Art and culture are a perfect match with the experience and skill of chocolatiers from around the world will gather in the Tuscan capital from 4 to 13 February 2011. This is the 7th edition of the Artisan Chocolate Fair, a fair which over time has proven important to bear in the world of trade shows, so that this year will see exhibitors doubled and more days.
The ten programmed day  for the 2011 edition allow the first Artisan Chocolate Fair to become the most important and comprehensive review of Italian and foreign chocolate masters, engaged in the exposition of their delicacies as well as in practical demonstrations and workshops dedicated to the food of the gods.
The stands of the fair will be open from 10:00am to 10:00pm every day of opening.
Another novelty of this seventh edition is the Carnival: Piazza Santa Croce will be a meeting place for young and old masks that those 10 days of the year with a sweet tooth and can participate in many events and initiatives planned.
Another new feature is the competition for the best group in disguise.
To enter the contest is easy enough to take to the streets on 5 and 6 February, register and get the shot, which was published immediately on the Facebook page dedicated to the event, will vote the best team in disguise.
You can vote online until 12:00 pm on Friday 11 and will be decided after the three groups with the highest number of votes whose photographs will be sent to La Nazione newspaper for the Saturday, February 12 issue .
