XXII Festival Tignano
From July 9 to 24 the Festival with an environmentalist's soul.

Mr Salvianti and the waiters / actors of the Teatro delle Stanze, a geologist and researcher at the CNR Mario Tozzi, international soprano Nicola Beller Carbone accompanied by Ukrainian Lviv Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra. These are the protagonists of the XXII Tignano Festival for the Environment, which will take place July 9 to 24 at the Castle of Tignano, in the town of Barberino Val d'Elsa.To inaugurate the Festival on 9 July, the dinner show "Mother Earth". Waiters-actors of the Teatro delle Stanze, led by Massimo Salvianti, blend of traditional Tuscan cuisine with a course of literary work - and musical theater. The songs will be recited from the classics of literature, whether "high" (Homer, Boccaccio, Collodi) and "low" (Artusi, popular folk songs, sayings and proverbs) with mini-performances by Ugo Chiti texts and original contribution of the Rai journalist Alberto Severi.Mario Tozzi on July 16, will instead show the protagonist of the Conference "A planet dry, present and future risks and blue gold." Through words, music and images, the scientist will tell the public how the world will be confronted with the new emergency water and how equitable distribution must regardless of wealth and may serve to safeguard life on our planet. A conference with a scenic overview on the subject and the current status of water resources, the establishment of the single molecule using the latest technology, so the public can identify and understand how and why it is important to actively contribute to the sustainable management of the resource water.Mario Tozzi will star again, Friday, July 17th in Piazza Matteotti in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, the conference show "Trash" (waste). You can finally get rid of landfills? You may consider waste as a resource rather than as a waste? And finally, you can recover energy from waste without producing air pollution of the old incinerators? To dispel doubts and clichés, and raise awareness on the issue of recycling the stories unfold through different narrative levels, each accompanied by themed images that appear behind the narrator, emotionally and visually enhancing the content of the monologue. We will talk about recycling, composting, energy recovery and cover stories like that of Peccioli, a common entrepreneurial who turns to gold the garbage.Will close the Festival, July 24, the "Hymns to the nature" of the soprano Nicola Beller Carbone International Chernivetsk Philarmony Simphonic accompanied by the Orchestra Director Franz Albanian. In the program "Cantus articus" Concert for Birds and Orchestra op.61 - Einojuhani Rautavaara and the "Poeme de l'amour et de la Mer" for Soprano and Orchestra, Op 19 - by Ernest Chausson.To reinforce the ethical character of this twenty-second edition of the Festival, before and after each event, the fundraiser for the National Confederation of Mercy for the earthquake in the Abruzzi.
