December 2, 2010: An evening of friendship and olive oil tasting at the L'Osteria Gramola.
All oils in the competition will be offered for tasting and everyone will participate actively in the assessment.
In collaboration with the Panel-Test Carapelli SPA that will define the 1st place.
Tasting menu:
Kale with olive oil and sliced
Cream of potato soup with cheese croutons
Spaghetti with homemade bacon, tomato and small pieces of bread with the new olive oil
Florentine tripe with parmesan
Pie with brown chestnuts and fruit sauce
€ 30.00 per person
